Hayat Eve Sağar Mobile App is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey in order to inform, guide and minimize the risks related to the epidemic disease and prevent its spread.
Foreigners living in Turkey can receive the HES code, just like citizens of the Republic of Turkey. A foreign identification number or passport number is required in order to receive the HES code. It is possible to obtain a foreign identification number and HES code by downloading the mobile application “Hayat Eve Sağar” on smartphones.
